I don't understand how this trial barely gets attention here on X.
OpenAI's future hangs in the balance here, @elonmusk is looking for $135B in monetary damages (to go to the Non Profit) and the removal of @sama and @gdb + restoring OpenAI's original non-for-profit structure.
The Jury will apparently only decide on wether Sama/Greg broke charitable trust, and created unjust enrichment, and the judge will decide, separately, on the damages.
