Anthropic Eyes $2 Trillion Valuation for IPO

Sri Muppidi posted that Anthropic could raise more than $100B in its upcoming IPO at a $2T valuation, which would set a record for public offerings. The tweet noted investors are examining whether the company's AI models can keep improving and whether it can sustain premium pricing. Tae Kim quoted a New York Times report stating Anthropic's bankers told two people with knowledge of the talks that the San Francisco firm could seek more than $100 billion in the offering. Kim added his own guess that the valuation might hit $3 trillion on the first day of trading.
