I never even got to @fdotinc’s closing party tonight which I feel bad about because the Indian dinner I was at was so amazing I didn’t want to leave.

I heard of a device funded by the CIA tonight that somehow with a frequency antenna that would beam a set of frequencies at an almond tree, shaking it in a way that it starts thinking there's a swarm of honeybees on it. That fools the tree into increasing its pollen count by 12 times, which means it increases its crop size by quite a percent, making a farmer a lot of money.

I was like, "Damn, there's a lot of technology in farming lately."

She said it didn’t bear fruit until she spanked it with a belt.

A Silicon Valley farmer told her that and it worked.

when it doesn't bear fruit, whip the trunk with a stick to make the sap flow out.

the following year, it will bear abundant fruit.
