Fable successfully suggested deleting portions of his story.
@jackclarkSF That being said, I can see in its CoT that it's processing "intent" far better than earlier models, which produces a big step up in editing ability. Fable is aiming at its understanding of your intent, rather than trying to make "objectively good" edits.
@jackclarkSF Interesting. Very curious to read it. I think Fable is the first time I feel like an AI model can make strong and interesting suggestions to my writing. It has helped to ground it correctly in examples, but it's also really good at picking up style, etc.
@jackclarkSF I find @AnthropicAI repulsive and unusable. I don鈥檛 trust the model and the company. It鈥檚 like having a Karen who hates working with you, it polices everything you do. While @Kimi_Moonshot is truly amazing @grok is also amazing and tries to work with you.
@jackclarkSF an ai finally earned its keep by telling you to delete words, truly the peak use case we all dreamed of
@jackclarkSF Cuck. Loser POS.
@jackclarkSF This is super interesting!
Very interesting personal milestone - Fable just had a good suggestion for some text of a fictional story to delete. I find AI writing broadly excruciating, AI sub-editing pretty helpful, and feels like 'AI editing' is now coming online. Story coming in Import AI tomorrow!
Yes it just passed some barrier Have been able to automatically do ~70% of the copy edits we would ordinarily do by hand internally @every for the last week First time that鈥檚 happened and I鈥檝e been trying it for years
