Slack-prompted app planned for an October 8 test flight

A builder says the team hasn’t looked at the repo or run it locally; they prompt in Slack and get images or videos of the app back.

    TLDR

A builder said the team planned to put out a test flight on October 8 for an app they work on through Slack prompts. They said no one on the team has looked at the repo or run it locally. Instead, they use the app, make changes and get images or videos back. Features are sometimes added, pulled back or revised as the team iterates without directly discussing them.

dax@thdxrwe'll put out the test flight tomorrow but working on this thing has been such a weirdly beautiful experience it's a repo none of us have looked it. none of us can even run it locally. we prompt in slack and get pictures/videos of the app back every day i use it. i notice some stuff, fix a few. next day i see someone fixed the rest of it sometimes a controversial feature gets added. soon someone pulls it back. whoever introduced it silently gets the message sometimes it goes back and forth until some compromise is discovered and this is all happening without any of us talking, all communication is done via using the app and iterating it feels like we're in some meditative flow state together in which i've watched this app go from janky prototype to something i really like using1h
