Anthropic merges Claude chat and Cowork into a unified workspace

AlternativeTo reports that Anthropic is combining Claude chat and Cowork into one workspace, rolling out first to Pro and Max users. TestingCatalog’s September 17 brief said the rollout would take place over the following few weeks. It also reported that Claude Docs, Slides, and Design were in beta on paid plans and worked inside Claude Code.
