    A workshop at CoRL 2026 will debate whether robots need world models. Organizer Bardienus Duisterhof announced a scientific debate on the case for and against using them in robotics.

    The September 30 announcement welcomes both research papers and position papers. Submissions are open and close October 12, giving researchers a deadline to contribute work or arguments to the discussion.
