@jackcookjack used a version of this page for his Four Over Six paper, so i am hopeful this can be useful for others my goal with the LLME Almanac is to collect up a bunch of generally useful tools and data for LLM engineers -- like a farmer's almanac!

we've got benchmarks, docs on benchmarking and workload types, a token timing simulator, and now quant formats.

what else should we add?
