Now Alert Workers are bringing the same proactive model upstream. Most AI alert triage starts after an alert fires. Alert Workers continuously work across the alert stream, learning what normal looks like, connecting related signals, and carrying context forward from previous investigations to decide what actually needs an engineer’s attention. That means fewer false pages and a better chance of catching issues earlier. The goal is to keep expanding how much of the operational burden AI can take on proactively, freeing engineers to focus on making production more resilient.
