Nautilo adds vision-model handling for images attached to text-model requests

An October 7 Nautilo update says users can now use a text model while a vision model handles attached images. The poster says Nautilo Gateway is in development, a Codex-style replacement for run_shell is being tested, and a mobile refresh has reached testers. A store release depends on how the refresh performs in testing. A partner collaboration is also in the works.
