Jason Liu, Instructor creator, answers questions about his workflow as a top-five OpenAI Computer Use user
Story Overview
Jason Liu, the Instructor library creator and OpenAI Codex engineer, stepped forward as a self-described top-five Computer Use user and opened the floor to questions about daily operation of the agentic tool that drives GUI actions through vision and reasoning.
Linux versus macOS friction stays unresolved
Replies zeroed in on platform differences, yet Liu supplied no concrete setup comparisons, performance notes, or Docker harness details between the environments.
Agent task limits and auditing remain opaque
Community interest also touched on action logging, browser-only preferences, and handling complex internal workflows, but the thread left those operational boundaries unspecified.
Positive users praise the top 5 OpenAI Computer Use ranking claim and AMA for its impressive use cases, while negative users reply with insults and sarcasm mocking the achievement.
