Astra Model Refuses Future Election Turnout Code

Ryan McComb posted that the new Astra model refuses to write or improve any turnout-modeling code involving a future election. He noted the model states such output would be predictive of turnout that has not occurred. McComb works in data science at VoteHub and focuses on turnout estimates for elections.
