    TLDR

Akshay Kothari, co-founder and COO of Notion, posted a video from his account. The footage displays a translucent macOS-style dock with multiple app icons. These include Slack variants featuring blue smiley faces in different colors, Figma, Notion shown as a black N inside a white cube, OpenAI, Spotify, a settings gear icon, and others. The dock sits overlaid on an indistinct background. Kothari, who posts regularly about AI tools, shared the clip as a visual demonstration of the interface arrangement.

@nichocharNotion's strategy is interesting. Very deliberately positioning as the Switzerland of AI. AI needs memory, and you need to read and persist things, chat threads are not a great choice... so people just connect Notion. As a bonus, the models seem very good at using it, i ask grok bot, claude or codex and they all nail it without anything more than "use notion for storing memories about this".

@chrsabrahami've slowly been transitioning back to using Notion as my main db. it's clear we're going to be switching between chatgpt, claude and grok (who knows gemini might get in the mix soon too) for the foreseeable future. having everything local is great, but feels like everything living in the respective llm's memory is not the move. notion being the connector for where all context, memory, maybe even how skills are stored(?) definitely seems the future. do you agree?
