TLDR

A user describes a CRM with a built-in SQL engine that lets agents query across its data, join records and do math. They say added data connectors also let agents query external tools, and argue that software without agent support is “destined to die.”

Santiago@svpinoThese guys put a SQL engine inside their CRM. This means an agent can query across all data, join records, and do math. They also added data connectors, so you can query data from external tools. Any software that doesn't support agents is destined to die.2h
elvis@omarsar0Agents will do more and more of their work inside systems of record, so those systems need to be built for them. Attio's new hybrid architecture is one of the cleaner approaches I've seen. Agents can query all of Attio's data in SQL, and the business logic, policies, and compliance rules still apply behind every query. The release also adds data connectors, support for hundreds of millions of records, and Activities in beta.2h
Natalia@NataliaZarinaA few months ago I migrated our vibe-coded CRM to @attio betting that they would improve the product in unique and value-add ways. It’s been a good bet so far!52m
