Cohere acquired Reliant AI, a Canadian-German company specializing in AI for regulated sectors. The deal integrates Reliant AI’s biopharma-focused agents and technology into Cohere’s platform. It adds a team based between Berlin and Montreal to Cohere’s work in healthcare and sovereign enterprise AI deployments.
