@github are seeing it, we are too.
a static spec can't anchor a fast-moving product. it creates an alignment tax:
- building on stale context
- circling on settled decisions
- mornings in syncs instead of deep work
the fix isn't more process. it's a spec that updates when your product does — signals attached, context current.
