The more I use agents, the more I think the human job is the bread, not the meat.
Sweat the idea up front.
Let agents do the messy middle.
Then actually use the thing and feed back what you learn.
The middle is getting cheaper. The bookends are where product judgment compounds.
Users are agreeing with the idea that humans provide product judgment bookends as AI agents handle the messy middle, finding the framing insightful and worth trying in practice.

@trevin I used to powerlift so I call it the barbell shaped distribution of work, but I think I like sandwiches better..
@awkward_andyy Think of skills as both orchestrators and tools. If you think of them also as the latter you can start seeing the matrix differently!
