Researchers Release 682 Million Protein Embeddings On Hugging Face

We're releasing 682 million protein embeddings covering every possible missense variant across 20,416 human proteins, 6.5 TB of data, freely available on @huggingface 🤗 Full PLM embeddings across three models: ESMC 600M, Ankh2-Large, and ESM2 650M.
