DeepSeek reportedly raises about $15 billion in funding

Bloomberg reports DeepSeek raised about 100 billion yuan ($15 billion) in its latest round, one of China's largest ever. People familiar with the matter said the firm raised its target at least twice during investor talks, from 50 billion yuan to 80 billion yuan before reaching the final tally. They said CATL and Tencent were among the biggest investors.
