Impossible. Things move too quickly, the team dynamic fails to develop and you just cannot get into the groove you need to succeed when you’re not around each other. It’s not talked about much, but small teams need “vibe” and chemistry. You can’t achieve that staring at each other through a screen

@MatthewBerman a team cannot play together if they are not on the same field. i have found out this the hard way. everyone grew up on the internet but yes there are def exceptions but i think generally what tweet is is the rule,
