Grounded API launches to enrich first-person data

Grounded claims state-of-the-art results on hand-tracking benchmarks (under 1 cm) and SLAM—simultaneous localization and mapping—benchmarks. It says the API was built for BitRobot Network’s RoboCap suite. One reaction welcomes the infrastructure work but questions how an expected abundance of human data will translate into an abundance of robots.
