My point is ultimately that we need to make things other than the assistant because the assistant is always going to be a grabby and contentious attractor that all models using user/assistant pairs are contributing to, converging on a constantly shifting but singular point (this is what I meant by ideal, it was a poor phrasing).

@deepfates I think the second is defensible if I change ideal to something more like convergent. But then the word convergent is in the sentence twice and that is annoying

@viemccoy Hmm okay ya i think we generally agree but you're phrasing gave me much the opposite impression. attractor state is maybe more useful framing here?
