Researchers Publish Smell Prediction Models in Cell Systems

Kevin K. Yang announced the final version of work on biologically inspired models for predicting how molecules smell. The paper appears today in Cell Systems. Seyone Chithrananda shared details on a model that maps molecules to olfactory receptors and onward to perception. Yang works as Principal Researcher in BioML at Microsoft Research New England and collaborated with Chithrananda and jdthamores on the project.
