ElevenLabs Teams Up with Genesys on Voice Agents

ElevenLabs posted that it is working with Genesys to help enterprises deploy natural-sounding voice agents. The tweet describes two ways to combine the offerings: inserting ElevenAgents into customer journeys alongside Genesys Cloud Agentic Virtual Agents, or supplying Genesys agents with ElevenLabs expressive voices.
