FACT aims to teach robots dexterous manipulation using human video and force data

The people introducing FACT say human videos show how people move but leave their intended actions implicit; force data helps fill that gap. They describe FACT, short for Force–Action–Track, as a model that learns from 2,000 hours of force-rich human demonstrations in their EgoForce dataset, with human-like robotic dexterity as the goal.
