Incremental checks and the tsc-rs versus bun check choice

A user shared the tsc-rs repository and initially called bun check probably the right choice for most apps using Bun. They favored tsc-rs for its claimed compatibility with tsc, WebAssembly readiness and built-in Effect-ts modifications. After realizing bun check also lacks incremental checks, they revised their view: tsc-rs might be the best drop-in option for now.
