Netflix is launching a Generative AI animation studio named 'INKubator'. The studio will produce GenAI specials and shorts based on existing Netflix IPs, with the eventual goal of feature length productions. This is very similar to what Disney was planning for D+ and Sora.

This is just my personal speculation, but INKubator is probably using Runway. They have an established relationship.
