A release disruption blamed on npm sparks plans for a new project

A developer blamed npm for disrupting their release, then said in a reply that they had spent almost a decade trying to help npm fix things. They called npm one of their biggest bottlenecks, claimed they could build something “10x better” in a few weeks, and planned to spin up agents over the October 17–18 weekend.
