Creating presentations with Ask Gemini and organizing email with AI Inbox

Google outlines two ways to use its AI tools. For presentations, it suggests creating a blank Google Slides presentation, opening the Ask Gemini side panel, describing what you need, answering clarifying questions and adding reference files from Drive. For email, Google recommends AI Inbox, which it says appears in Gmail’s left panel, to help organize club newsletters, dorm announcements and group-project threads while highlighting suggested to-dos and key topics.
