Codex Engineer Promises Surprise After 10M Active Users

Tibo Sottiaux, engineering lead on OpenAI's Codex team, posted that the group had committed to resets for every additional million active users up to 10M. The team passed that mark and stayed silent afterward. He stated a little surprise would arrive tomorrow. Kim Isenberg replied that the milestone resets had been weekly until 10M and that the coming announcement likely means another reset or a banked one.
