Rowboat introduced as an open-source, self-hosted assistant for teams

Rowboat is pitched as a “multiplayer personal assistant for work.” Its announcement says teams and their assistants can sketch and write specs together, then request implementation with “@rowboat implement it.” Each person's own Claude Code handles that step, according to the announcement. It describes one shared team space, with personal assistants running on users' own machines, and calls the project open-source and self-hosted.
