The gap between consumer AI agents and small-business AI adoption

A user says small businesses seem far from adopting AI. They had expected growing use of consumer agents for calls and texts to draw businesses toward AI over the next few years, but say many still lack basic online booking. They shared the observation while trying to pay someone to train their dog.
