Kane Hsieh Claims Humans Face Far Higher Waymo Ticket Rates

Kane Hsieh, a General Partner at Root Ventures, posted a reply comparing parking ticket rates. He wrote that his estimate was conservative because he assumed the 9k VMT figure for residents referred only to licensed drivers. Hsieh added that if the term residents includes all residents, then humans receive parking tickets or VMT citations at more than 2,000 percent the rate of Waymo vehicles.
