I follow lots of US AI folks and know them by name and have a good idea of their achievements & sometimes even personalities.
I found that Chinese researchers were kind of a blob, even to me.
So I started working on some projects to make the people driving China's AI labs more visible. (Or at least that's where I started.) Their achievements, visions and yes even personalities are having an outsized impact in this crazy AI age.
