I drove there last week. Absolutely inspiring! It was booming! Countless pickup trucks parked alongside the road. Construction workers. A few beach goers. While I was there, I didn’t see any other ‘space’ tourists. Which seemed amazing. If you plan to go, keep in mind that you will not be dissuaded from being there. On the other hand, they don’t cater to you. No public restrooms. No food. Be prepared. I stopped at a number of other tourists’ places but Boca Chica was my main purpose. I drove nearly 4,000 miles roundtrip and it was worth every one of them.
