GPT-6 Astra reportedly turned iPhone 3D scans into 3D-printing data

A user reports scanning with an iPhone and having GPT-6 Astra create 3D-printing data for what they describe as “patchworking” the real world. They say they had no knowledge of point-cloud processing and were surprised that they didn't need to identify the missing part for Astra. They acknowledge that older models from other companies might have managed it too, but say seeing others use newer models inspired them to revisit an idea they'd previously abandoned.
