Congratulations! Isabel Cachola successfully defended her dissertation “Methods for the Generation and Evaluation of User-Centric Scientific Summarization” under the guidance of advisor Mark Dredze. Isabel plans to join St. Edward’s University as an assistant professor of computer science. We in the department are extremely proud of our students who have successfully completed their PhD.
