    TLDR

The World Observer post argues that camera-based world models quickly lose track of what moves off-screen. It proposes adding freely placed, movable panoramic observers to keep those parts of the world evolving, comparing the extra viewpoints to wards in League of Legends and Observers in StarCraft.

So what if we gave them more eyes, like LoL wards or StarCraft Observers, and let them move around the world? We introduce World Observer! TL;DR: Keep the off-screen world evolving.
