Wikipedia’s October 7 entry draws criticism over its description of the Hamas-led attacks

A post criticizes Wikipedia’s main entry on the Hamas-led October 7 attacks, quoting its opening description as “a series of coordinated armed incursions from the blockaded Gaza Strip.” The author argues that this wording essentially blames Israel for being attacked. The post says antisemitism watchdogs and pro-Israel groups have long accused Wikipedia of bias, and that experts told JNS the opening line adds insult to injury.
