The most important thing to watch with respect to Nvidia and Windows is the API set and what and how CUDA and the ecosystem are available to developers and how the integration with Windows is done. How is it updated, secured, distributed, etc. as a first party API.

No one¹ working with AI and CUDA on device is at all concerned with x86 compatibility. The stack is optimized for ARM and that is the priority.
