Pitch decks over launch videos in SaaStr Fund pitches

A SaaStr Fund investor says founders pitching him should send a deck, not a launch video, a Loom, a brief teaser or an AI-generated pitch they would not fund themselves. He says he writes checks of $500,000 to $5 million, asks founders not to request feedback and adds that sending a deck “still works.”
