Google's Logan Kilpatrick and tech founders argue AI demand is limitless, while creator roon predicts a single utility-like monopoly
Suhail says ChatGPT and Claude Code won't dominate alone.
i see this kind of just universe reasoning about startups and whatnot but i think it’s wishful thinking. there may be one company that ends up dominating most of the world economy and hopefully is run as some sort of regulated utility
Possibly the thing we will most realize looking back: intelligence was so big that lots of companies were going to succeed. It's not so simply bucketed into chatgpt and claude code.
the tweet is extremely clear but to reiterate capitalism like evolution can be quite cruel and generates extremely unequal outcomes which may get more unequal as model scaling continues

@Suhail disagree I don’t think this is guaranteed at all. there may be companies with 30 trillion market cap

@garrytan Concentration of power, capabilities and economic gains is the biggest risk in AI and more people should try to fight it!

@tszzl Will fight against this until my dying days

It’s easy to forget just how quickly the size of the pie (AI Market) is expanding in nearly every category
@tszzl The end game for world domination is being overthrown and the value redistributed. Either way...

@tszzl And tbc, to the degree you believe this, only the chip makers are likely to win. But somehow NVIDIA is so oblivious apparently that they keep giving the lab's chips only to get eaten alive. Jensen is no dummy.

Demand for intelligence is infinite.
