A Claude-assisted Markdown editor is in the works for iOS

A user says they spent hundreds of dollars trying Markdown editors including Ulysses, Bear, iA Writer, Obsidian and Reflect, but none had the mix of minimalism and performance they wanted. They’re asking Claude to build their preferred editor natively between meetings. On October 1, 2026, they said it was coming soon to iOS.
