But look closer: the big money goes to programs they control internally (life sciences, AI resilience). Do I read this correctly? The actual grantmaking? A separate $50M fund. That's 0.2% of committed resources going to independent orgs. Also, the foundation lists "Jobs and Economic Impact" as a core program area but offers... almost no detail.
