Pika H3 Flex gets a community-built Turbo LoRA with 2-, 4- and 8-step versions

Pika says akhaliq built the Turbo LoRA less than 24 hours after its H3 Flex launch. The 2-step version is for quick drafts, while the 4-step version prioritizes speed and the 8-step version targets more detail. In the creator’s benchmarks, the 4-step version took 40 seconds to generate a five-second clip on an H200, versus 60 seconds for Pika’s official 6-step version. The 2-step draft can occasionally fail on scenes.
