    TLDR

Alex Nichol, an AI researcher at OpenAI and co-creator of DALL·E 2, posted that he is less surprised Atlas can do bullet time after realizing video models in general can also do it. He called the effect in distribution for such models. The post included a video generated by MiniMax h3 turbo that shows a realistic corgi dog on a red running track with white picket fence, green grass, palm trees, and a blue sky.

@unixpickleNow I'm less surprised Atlas can do bullet time, because I realized video models in general can also do it. So it must be in distribution (ish).
