AISLE's Oct. 15 announcement specifies that the proposed combination would be an acquisition by Cohere. The companies have signed a letter of intent; the office changes and leadership roles described in the announcement are tied to the transaction completing.
Under that plan, AISLE's Prague headquarters would become Cohere's Prague office. AISLE CEO Ondrej Vlcek would become senior vice president of Cohere Cyber, a new unit focused on cybersecurity solutions for Cohere customers. Co-founder Jaya Baloo would become Cohere's global chief information security officer, while Stanislav Fort would become vice president of AI security.
Fort's planned role would connect AI security research with Cohere's core model development and training, working with Cohere co-founder and CTO Ivan Zhang. AISLE presents the combination as a way to bring its autonomous vulnerability-discovery and remediation systems closer to the models powering them.

In his announcement post, Fort said AISLE had discovered 500-plus real-world CVEs in its first year. The company describes these as previously unknown software vulnerabilities assigned CVE identifiers. AISLE says its focus for customers and partners remains continuity as the transaction progresses.
