Except the humans know that the Minds are smarter & they are content to leave all the big decisions (Contact, Special Circumstances, etc) to the AIs so they can do whatever they want personally aside from run the world (which they would be bad at, so there really isn’t an option)

@tszzl The disempowerment has likely already happened due to the combination of financial markets and social media. You can see it by the way the humans have just the weekend to wage war in Iran before the markets open with disapproval.
