    TLDR

Venture capitalist Alex Golding posted advice aimed at startup founders. He suggested they require their investors to sign a dedicated document. The agreement would bar use of AI tools during due diligence unless the VC can prove the founder's data will not train external models. Golding stated this document must remain separate from any nondisclosure agreement. His profile lists prior work at Delphi Ventures and Solana along with focus areas in critical resources, advanced materials, and AI-powered innovations.

@alexgolding_Founders, I'd encourage you to make your VC's sign a document stating that they won't use AI tools to assist in their DD unless they can prove to you that the data won't be used to train the labs' models. I strongly believe this should be a document separate from the NDA.
