@hnshahI watched @matt_silberman show how he uses Grok Bot for marketing ops this morning and one setup really stuck with me. He has a Bot watching his inboxes, calendar and work chat. It figures out what actually needs attention and passes that context to another Bot. That one turns it into tasks. When there’s a specialist Bot for the job, the work can move there for a first pass. Matt calls it a self-completing to-do list. What I like is that Matt doesn’t have to keep the whole loop in his head. The Bots carry the context forward, keep the work moving, and bring him back in when they need his judgment. He also showed an internal lead-review tool his team built with Grok Bot. From idea to implementation took two weeks, with roughly 10 hours of actual build time. He said their lead-review rates have hit record highs since rolling it out. Really good session. I’ve been coming at the same territory from another direction this week. I went through every public Grok Bot I could find, then started testing marketing jobs head-to-head. Same input. Criteria written down before the run. Pass or fail on each. He had separate Bots for research, positioning, website ops, paid acquisition, and analysis. Then he gave a project manager Bot the whole workflow. He asked it to study the handoffs and notice where Josh had stepped in. From there it became his single point of contact and queued up three more campaigns. At that point, the coordination itself had become a job. A lot of marketing work is keeping context intact while work moves from one place to the next. Someone has to know what happens next and when judgment needs to come back to a person. Josh showed what it looks like to start handing that work off too. @hnshahBefore I test a Bot, I write down how it can fail. Otherwise it’s way too easy to see a polished answer and decide afterward that it was good. For this session, I tested Grok Bots head-to-head. Each pair got the same marketing job, input, and one attempt. The bar was written down before they ran. Some outputs looked useful and still weren’t good enough for a job I’d leave running on its own.
